All medical staff in accredited private medical/surgical facilities in British Columbia must undergo an appointment process. Privilege requests are made through the medical director of the facility.

All medical staff in accredited non-hospital facilities in British Columbia must undergo an appointment process.
Application for appointment to a non-hospital medical/surgical facility:
Applications are accepted electronically or by paper. Incomplete applications will be returned to the facility.
Applications for appointment and all supporting documentation must be submitted to the facility’s medical director.
