Complaints process review
We are pleased to advise you that a review of the College’s formal complaints process has been completed. The review was done by the Castlemain Group, which specializes in research, engagement and collaboration with Indigenous people, communities and organizations. It identified several key themes that highlight the current gaps in the College’s complaints process: accessibility, cultural safety, formal versus soft complaints, communication, resolution and accountability, and self-identification and data collection.
