Hearing notifications
Hearings of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia are open to the public except where, upon application by one of the parties involved, it is determined that the proceedings, or part thereof, should be closed.
Hearing notifications include
- the full name of the registrant and their location(s) of practice,
- a summary of the citation, and
- the date, time and location of the hearing.
Hearing notifications will not include identifiers of the complainant or any other third parties.
