The College is pleased to announce that the 2023/24 Annual Report, audited financial statements and committee reports have been published.
National Indigenous Peoples Day
To mark this day, the College has released a two-part episode of its new podcast, Connecting the Dots, which highlights practical suggestions for breaking down systemic barriers and providing Indigenous patients with culturally safe care.
Notification of bylaw amendments: physician assistants
The revised proposed bylaw amendments will be posted for a two-week period, providing College registrants and other interested parties the opportunity to review and comment.

New Ethical Principles for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine interim guidance posted
With the growing integration of unregulated Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in health care, including large language models, it is important that the College provides registrants with guidance to promote the safe, effective, and ethical utilization of these tools.

Library permanently closed
The College library is permanently closed as of March 15, 2024. This difficult decision was made after careful consideration of data showing significant decrease in library use over the years.
