Bugs & Drugs® is supported by the Do Bugs Need Drugs?® program and is funded in BC by the BC Ministry of Health, Pharmaceutical Services Division.

RxTx- Reliable evidence-based drug information published by the Canadian Pharmacists Association. Use the drop-down tabs at the top of the page to access the following services:.

  • eCPS - Compendium of Pharmaceuticals and Specialties. The Canadian standard for drug monographs. 
  • CTC - Compendium of Therapeutic Choices. Treatment options for more than 200 conditions, written by pharmacists and physicians.
  • Lexi-Interact - Drug interaction analysis. Analyze and review possible drug interactions and find information discussing interaction prevention and management.

CADTH -  Provides evidence, analysis, advice and recommendations about medical devices technologies.
Cochrane DataBase of Systematic Reviews - Systematic reviews from the Cochrance Collaboration.
Clinical Evidence - Summaries of the current state of knowledge about the prevention and treatment of medical conditions.
PubMed Health - Reviews clinical effectiveness research, with full technical reports as well as easy-to-read summaries for consumers.
