Concerns about medical records and office administration
Raising a concern about medical records or adminstrative challenges at a licensee's office
CPSBC is trying out a new process to help address concerns about medical records or how a licensee's office is run.
You can raise concerns about:
- delays in receiving or transferring medical records
- incomplete, missing, or hard to understand medical records
- communication and interactions with a licensee's office staff
- booking or rescheduling an appointment or accessing care
What to expect
This new process is less formal and will be concluded quicker than filing a complaint and investigation.
In this process, you can:
- speak with a CPSBC staff person
- learn about what you can expect from a CPSBC licensee
- explore options for addressing your concerns
Tell us your concern
Please share what happened. We will email you to set up a phone call.
If your concern is about care provided by a licensee, or their conduct, capacity, or competence, please file a complaint.
