Common questions about the support programs

Yes. You must have an active complaint or a complaint that closed within the past six months.

You can apply at any time during the complaint process.

Yes. You have up to six months after the closing of your complaint to apply.

You must complete and submit:

You will receive confirmation of your application in writing as soon as possible.

  • You will be informed of your eligibility for the support programs
  • You will be informed of your eligibility for funding
  • If approved, funds can be used towards a support worker or support services provider

You choose your support worker. CPSBC is in the process of identifying experienced and qualified support workers to assist you. Once these individuals are identified, a list will be maintained on the CPSBC website.
