Published addresses
Licensees are required by statute to provide their current contact information to CPSBC, including their professional mailing address(es), and telephone/fax number(s).
Licensees must provide their primary practice location to be displayed publicly in the directory. This address should be marked as both primary and publishable.
Licensees are responsible for updating address information in the CPSBC website portal within 14 days of the effective date of the change or move.
Make sure it's not a home address
If only one address is provided and that address is a home address, it will default to publish in the directory.
Ensure necessary precautions are made by providing an address that can be published as the primary practice location—this could be a PO box address.
Email addresses
Licensees must provide a current email address to receive confirmation messages or renewal reminders.
Add CPSBC to the safe senders list
Ensure that important notifications do not end up in the spam or junk email folder. Add CPSBC to the safe senders list.
We do not share email addresses with outside agencies
CPSBC does not publish or share licensee email addresses with outside, third-party agencies. CPSBC only emails CPSBC-related communique, notifications and reminders.

Saving responses
For security reasons, the form is set to timeout after one (1) hour of inactivity.
Save answers to continue later
At the end of each section, there is a Save and continue later button. Use this button to save the answers at any point of the form.
If the licensee misses the save and continue later button and the session times out, the licensee is required to log in again and re-enter unsaved answers.
