Registrants must ensure that they clearly and accurately document the location of their medical records.
Switching to the surgical assistant class of registration
Registrants in the surgical assistant class are required to complete the annual licence renewal process and are exempt from continuing competency requirements under section 2-5 of the Bylaws.
Switching to locum services only
To complete a locum tenens, physicians and surgeons must be registered and licensed by the College. As such, they may wish to maintain their full registration.
