Visiting medical students must enrol in the UBC Visiting Student Elective Program (VSEP) to complete an elective in BC before applying for registration with the College.
Recognized medical schools
Applicants must have a medical degree from:
- a medical school listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools which includes the Canadian sponsor note at the time of program completion; or
- a school of osteopathic medicine in the United States accredited by the American Osteopathic Association’s Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation; or

How to apply
Applicants will have to complete an application form, pay fees and submit supplementary documentation as part of the application process.
