Ordering prescription pads for physicians
Prescriptions for the controlled medications specified in the Controlled Prescription Program must be written on the duplicate prescription pad specially developed for this purpose.
Shipping within BC only. Orders may take up to three (3) weeks to process and deliver.
Types of prescription pads
Physicians can order in the following formats:
- Duplicate prescription pads (What is the difference?)
- EMR printer-friendly sheets (What is the difference?)
Order through CPSBC account
Physicians can order duplicate prescriptions pads or EMR printer-friendly sheets through their CPSBC account.
Order through PDF form and email
Physicians can order duplicate prescription pads by email, without having to log in to their College account. EMR printer-friendly sheets cannot be ordered via this method.
