Medical Record Keeping 101 is a 15-minute online course for registrants. This introductory course provides registrants with the fundamental legal and regulatory requirements of medical record keeping with a review of College practice standards, CMPA advice, and MSC regulations.

The Medical Record Keeping for Family Physicians course is a four-hour interactive virtual session led by two family practice facilitators. It is designed to support physicians in maintaining appropriate documentation in patient charts. Case-based examples and simulated patient encounters are used to demonstrate the practice of effective clinical record keeping.
