Medical Record Keeping 201 is a 20-minute online course for registrants. This course focuses on the essentials of good medical records, including how to avoid common deficiencies, use a SOAP-like format, and maintain a cumulative patient profile (CPP).

The Medical Record Keeping for Family Physicians course is a four-hour interactive virtual session led by two family practice facilitators. It is designed to support physicians in maintaining appropriate documentation in patient charts. Case-based examples and simulated patient encounters are used to demonstrate the practice of effective clinical record keeping.
